Sliding scale fee structure
Introduction
As a university training clinic, we offer a sliding scale fee structure in lieu of insurance. This allows us to continue offering accessible care to the UIC and broader Chicago community, including clients who are not covered by insurance. We strive to be flexible to offer care to as many clients as possible. Our fee structure formatted as a table below.
Therapy fee structure
